Campaign Preparation

In the preparation stage, I have participated in the pricing and sales strategy plan and design. I have led the market research and analysis including competitor stock, demographic, recent sold record. Our marketing team is constantly and frequently conducting market research, observe the market trend, all information was positively contributed to construct the pricing and sales strategy. I have also initiated the project brand and collateral design. We have completed a well presentable marketing materials for target audience including project logo, brochure, website, floorplan, photograph and video.
Utilised CRM system - Salesforce to manage stock reservation, contract and settlements. I have successfully managed the project sales via Salesforce and guided external sales channel to use our sales portal. It has significantly increased the efficiency sales progress and boost the success of the sales result.
We have made the focus of the marketing on display suite. We believe that excellent and well-presented display will improve the satisfaction of the user experience. We have reduce the advertisement campaign costs, however, all the campaigns are user-directed designed.
